Hi, my name is Savanah Tanner.
Home health has been part of my life since before I can remember. I grew up as a caregiver for my younger brother, became his official CNA at 16 when I got my license, and have held that license for over 24 years. My family relied on home health care to give my brother — and our whole family — a better quality of life. That experience shaped everything.
I've spent my career working in and around home health from every angle — as a CNA, as an administrative coordinator, and as COO of a multi-site home health agency in Colorado. I've also lobbied locally in Denver and in Washington DC alongside the Home Care and Hospice Assocation of Colorado advocating for better pay for home care workers, improved care standards, and stronger rights for those that home health care serves.
I know where operations break down in home health because I've lived it from every angle — as a family member, as a caregiver, and as the person responsible for keeping the whole operation running.
That's what I bring to your agency.

Most home health agencies already have good people — the problem is usually the systems and communication around them. Scheduling gets inconsistent, things fall through the cracks, and owners end up spending their day putting out fires instead of running their business.
I come in, figure out where things are breaking down, and put simple practical fixes in place. No complicated frameworks. No disrupting your team. Just cleaner operations and less daily chaos.
